1. Agreement to Terms

10. Account Closure and Termination

Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to close or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations

12.2 Severability
